In case, if you wish to cancel your membership - you should find appropriate processor and cancel your membership through appropriate billing company. WE CAN NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR YOU!

I cancelled my membership, but I was still charged for another month

If you have faced with such situation, please, contact with billing company where you signed up unhesitatingly. Company staff will be happy to assist you with this problem.


I have never received a confirmation e-mail

It can depend on your e-mail provider. If you are using a free email provider such as: Yahoo!, Hotmail and so on - please check up your Junk E-mail folder. In case you are using email client like Microsoft Outlook or The Bat and have SPAM controls enabled - please make certain that confirmation e-mail did not get lost in the mix. Perhaps you did not pay your attention on it.
